The Resident Assistant (PRN) works in person at The Meadows of Mabel, Green Lea Senior Living, in Mabel, MN. What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility while supporting independence and dignity.
• Provide companionship and emotional support, report health concerns to nursing staff, encourage participation in social activities, and keep resident spaces clean, safe, and comfortable.
• Pick up varying shifts as needed.
