What you'll do

• Utilize the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation) to provide individualized care.
• Coordinate care, perform resident assessments, and provide resident education.
• Serve as a charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel.
• Ensure safe, reliable administration of resident care.
