What you'll do

• Set up performances, ticket products, pricing, promotions, fees, and venue configurations across sales channels
• build subscription packages and inventory
• manage ticketing integrations and connected services
• update inventory and configurations during sales
• coordinate testing and maintenance with internal teams and vendors
• coordinate event setup with promoters, tours, and departments
• provide sales and inventory reports
• support online purchasing and onsales
• generate patron and transaction lists
• identify and implement workflow improvements.
