What you'll do

• Greet patients and manage check-in and check-out
• schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments
• verify demographics and insurance information and collect copayments as required
• answer calls and route messages
• maintain patient records in the electronic health record
• support front desk workflow and patient flow
• scan, file, and process documentation
• maintain HIPAA and office-policy compliance.
