What you'll do

• Support hardware, software, and network issues
• troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and applications
• manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights
• install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals
• monitor system performance and troubleshoot server, network, and application issues
• document resolutions and contribute to the knowledge base
• collaborate with security and operations teams
• assist with IT projects, updates, and rollouts
• follow company policies and security standards
• provide occasional off-hours support or on-call assistance as needed.
