What you'll do

• Complete service requests in occupied apartments
• maintain common areas
• prepare vacant apartments for leasing
• perform basic carpentry, electrical, appliance, plumbing, and HVAC repairs
• maintain exterior and common-area lighting
• remove ice and snow as needed
• perform grounds duties and preventive maintenance
• complete work required by municipalities and building inspectors
• perform after-hours on-call services for designated maintenance emergencies and customer convenience issues.
