What you'll do

• Provide QA support during pilot-scale manufacturing, process development, technology transfer, scale-up, and clinical production
• review batch records in real time
• monitor critical processes and aseptic practices
• verify line clearance, equipment setup, and status labeling
• review and approve GMP documentation
• document and escalate deviations
• support investigations, root cause analysis, CAPAs, change control, audits, and inspections
• uphold data integrity and regulatory compliance
• mentor QA staff and train personnel.
