What you'll do

• Handle apartment and building service requests and repairs
• prepare vacant homes for move-in
• maintain grounds, amenities, and common areas
• perform preventive maintenance and inspections
• assist with snow removal
• share on-call shifts
• provide friendly, professional service to residents.
