What you'll do

• Manage the Mid Market Account Executive team
• own team quota attainment, quota-setting, and territory assignments
• coach Account Executives on pipeline strategy, deal reviews, and skill development
• review and approve pricing and deal structures outside standard guardrails
• partner with Business Development on lead handoffs
• maintain pipeline health and forecast accuracy
• lead recruiting, onboarding, and performance management
• coordinate training and enablement
• monitor team KPIs
• collaborate with Sales Enablement, Product, and Marketing
• maintain Salesforce and forecasting records
• present performance and pipeline updates to sales leadership
• support compensation plan administration and commission accuracy.
