Maintenance Lead

What you'll do

• Perform general plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairs
• respond to and prioritize maintenance service requests
• inspect the property and address issues
• follow safety protocols and health and safety regulations
• assist with turnover repairs and vacant-unit preparation
• coordinate with property management and team members
• participate in weekend and periodic call-backs and an after-hours on-call emergency rotation.
