What you'll do

• Manage fixed-asset capitalization, disposals, transfers, and write-offs
• maintain the fixed-asset ledger and depreciation calculations
• perform balance-sheet reconciliations
• monitor capital expenditures and capital work in progress
• support physical asset audits
• prepare fixed-asset and capital expenditure KPIs and financial reports
• conduct variance analysis
• review reconciliations and controls
• maintain audit documentation
• support US GAAP, IFRS, and SOX compliance
• collaborate with stakeholders and resolve discrepancies.
