Manager, Quality Management Systems (QMS)

The Manager, Quality Management Systems (QMS) role is onsite in Redwood City, CA. The base pay range is $115,000–$130,000 annually. The manager reports to the Executive Director, Head of Quality, and supports Eyconis as it advances clinical programs toward late-stage development. The role operates, administers, and continuously improves the electronic Quality Management System and related quality processes. It helps keep systems inspection-ready and aligned with regulatory expectations while supporting clinical development, CMC activities, and organizational growth.

What you'll do

• Own day-to-day QMS operation, governance, and improvement
• administer and support the electronic QMS
• execute document workflows, training assignments, quality-event administration, user and access support, record maintenance, reporting, and troubleshooting
• support implementation, configuration, validation, maintenance, upgrades, and lifecycle management of electronic quality systems
• maintain phase-appropriate processes aligned with applicable regulatory expectations
• support inspection readiness and audits
• manage deviations, change controls, CAPAs, and investigations
• foster quality, accountability, and collaboration.
