What you'll do
- Lead daily service department operations
- schedule service calls, preventive maintenance, inspections, and emergency response
- monitor performance metrics and operational efficiency
- manage service inventory, tools, vehicles, and resources
- supervise, mentor, and develop technicians and support staff
- conduct evaluations and coordinate training
- serve as escalation point for customer concerns
- maintain customer, contractor, and vendor relationships
- guide troubleshooting of security and life-safety systems
- ensure compliance with codes and standards
- review service reports
- manage budgets and labor utilization
- review quotations and repair recommendations
- monitor service agreement and project profitability
- prepare operational reports.
