Job overview
The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role is an onsite position based in Cary, NC. This role supports the Heartlinks ABA NC team in providing specialized care for children with autism. This position exists to provide in-home Applied Behavior Analysis therapy. The technician helps children develop essential communication, social, and independence skills while working under the guidance of a supervising BCBA.

- Provide ABA services to children in-home under the supervision of a BCBA, implement ABA therapy programs, teach functional skills, track progress using data collection systems, and collaborate with families.
