What you'll do

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of skilled trades.
• Assign predictive, preventive, and reactive work orders.
• Manage backlogs through planning and scheduling.
• Lead, mentor, and coach skilled trades.
• Analyze critical repair problems and provide technical assistance.
• Coordinate ordering and stocking of repair parts.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain an organized shop environment.
