Prevention & Outreach Specialist — Opioid Prevention

The Prevention & Outreach Specialist is an onsite, part-time role in Bradenton, FL, typically scheduled Monday–Friday from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., with infrequent Saturdays possible. Pay is $17 per hour. The role supports Boys & Girls Clubs of Manatee County’s opioid prevention programs for youth. The specialist helps deliver prevention curriculum while maintaining accurate youth service files, program records, attendance documentation, and reports. This administrative and program support helps the Prevention Manager track data and advance program goals.

What you'll do

• Deliver opioid substance-use prevention curriculum to youth
• complete and review youth applications and service files
• organize program documents, attendance records, and reports
• maintain current and past member files
• securely store confidential documents
• communicate data needs in Prevention meetings
• use the designated BGC email system for external and internal communication.
