What you'll do

• Supervise, schedule, coach, and train Day Habilitation staff
• oversee daily program operations
• ensure services and documentation meet organizational and regulatory requirements
• review service records and corrective actions
• participate in Individual Support Plan meetings
• coordinate with residential and other programs
• develop community-based activities
• monitor service locations
• manage activity funds, supplies, transportation scheduling, and operational needs
• assist with budgeting
• participate in the on-call rotation.
