What you'll do

• Formalize and expand technology partnerships
• activate engagement with Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft, Palantir, and other platforms
• develop co-sell motions, joint value propositions, and field relationships
• generate partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue
• support regional leaders and coach consultants and sellers
• develop professional services alliances and engagement models
• track partner performance and revenue
• establish partnership segmentation, playbooks, governance, KPIs, and dashboards
• recommend future organizational structure and hiring as the function scales.
