What you'll do

• Inspect community areas for cleanliness and clutter
• remove litter and debris
• perform sweeping, raking, shoveling, landscaping, and groundskeeping
• assist with apartment trash-outs and moving heavy items
• clean and maintain common areas, amenities, storage, parking lots, and walkways
• complete additional duties assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor or Community Director.
