What you'll do

• Supervise housekeeping and laundry operations
• assign rooms and direct housekeeping staff
• maintain cleanliness and tidiness in rooms, corridors, and public areas
• train employees and ensure they have needed tools
• monitor linen and supply inventory
• inspect rooms and public areas
• oversee ordering, delivery, counting, and storage of supplies
• report damage and maintenance needs
• respond to guest complaints and requests
• coordinate with other departments.
