What you'll do
- Manage and coordinate completion of the Resident Assessment Instrument, including Minimum Data Set assessments, Care Area Assessments, care planning, and supporting documentation.
- Support compliance with federal and state requirements and payer requirements, including PDPM.
- Carry out supervisory responsibilities, including training MDS nurses as requested, assigning and directing work, preparing evaluations, addressing employee complaints, monitoring performance, and participating in performance improvement plans.

Why this role
Requires a valid Registered Nurse license and current CPR certification or certification within 90 days of employment. Prior MDS/RAI and supervisory experience are preferred; knowledge of PDPM, ICD-10 coding, quality measures, care planning, and regulatory requirements is sought.
