What you'll do

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers
• gather information to identify and qualify leads
• stay informed about State Farm products and services
• follow up on campaign and referral leads to schedule agent appointments
• provide initial information and answer basic insurance questions
• update prospect and customer interaction records
• follow communication and compliance standards
• report call activity, lead generation, and appointment scheduling.
