What you'll do

• Draft, file, and manage complaints, briefs, and evidence for property tax appeals
• analyze assessment records and valuation histories
• manage appeals involving real estate development projects
• monitor filings and support court-call management and document production
• assist with tax incentive classifications and tax proration
• communicate with clients
• coordinate with county representatives on hearings, settlements, and refunds
• prepare legal correspondence and documentation.
