What you'll do

• Patrol designated areas on foot or by vehicle
• monitor surveillance, alarms, and access points
• observe and report security concerns and safety hazards
• respond to emergencies and alarms and contact emergency services as needed
• monitor incoming and outgoing traffic for unauthorized persons
• enforce building policies within the position’s limits
• investigate and report incidents
• assist residents, visitors, and guests professionally.
