CNC Programmer — First Shift

The CNC Programmer role is onsite in Middleboro, MA. Compensation is $27.69–$41.54 per hour, depending on experience. REXA has moved into a new manufacturing facility and is expanding its first-shift team. The programmer creates and validates machining programs for multi-axis milling and lathe equipment. The work helps machinists produce parts accurately and efficiently while maintaining quality.

What you'll do

• Review technical drawings and import 2D and 3D CAD drawings into Mastercam
• create programs using SolidWorks drawings
• simulate and check programs
• determine operation sequences and tooling
• provide instructions for machinists
• adjust cutting paths and settings to optimize production and quality
• work with supervisors and machinists to resolve issues
• may create 2D and 3D models for machine fixturing.
