What you'll do

• Provide speech therapy and initiate referrals when appropriate
• evaluate residents and gather information for treatment planning
• develop treatment plans with target lists and short- and long-term goals
• instruct patients, families, and staff in speech-language procedures
• complete compliant, medically necessary documentation in NetHealth EMR
• oversee and implement FEES/MBS protocols in coordination with site programs
• participate in screening protocols to identify resident needs.
