What you'll do

• Support the Executive Chef with kitchen operations
• maintain standards for taste, presentation, and consistency
• expedite orders
• conduct line checks
• create seasonal specials
• coordinate event menus
• train and mentor kitchen staff
• manage labor, food costs, inventory, waste, and portion control
• monitor sales reports and monthly P&L
• enforce food safety, storage, cleanliness, and closing procedures.
