• Set technical strategy and make build, buy, and investment decisions
• own MINERVA and COGENT architecture and scalability
• build and lead the engineering organization

• partner with research and applied AI to bring capabilities into production
• serve on the executive team and communicate technical risks and opportunities
• lead AI-augmented engineering practices.
