What you'll do

• Schedule and conduct property evaluations
• document move-in and move-out conditions
• coordinate repairs, cleaning, and other turnover services
• communicate with residents, vendors, contractors, leasing staff, and investors
• track property status and updates
• maintain digital and physical records.

Why this role

Full-time, 40 hours per week, with occasional overtime paid at 1.5 times the rate. Initial training is three days per week at the Gainesville headquarters and two days per week at the Alexandria office. Local Northern Virginia candidates are requested.
