What you'll do

• Direct day-to-day nursing staff functions in accordance with applicable rules and guidelines
• complete reports, evaluations, charting, IV therapy, discharge planning, and incident reports as needed
• collaborate with physicians, residents, patients, and families on care and treatment
• make rounds and monitor resident needs, diet, and physical activity
• record and report symptoms or changes in condition
• keep the Unit Manager or Director informed.
