The Patient Care Assistant — In-Home Care role is onsite in client homes in Henrico, VA. Pay is $16–$18 per hour. The assistant supports daily living and personal care needs, follows individualized care plans, and communicates observations to the care team. This work helps clients maintain routines and quality of life in a familiar setting.

What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene, mobility, transfers, and repositioning as appropriate
• help prepare meals according to client needs and preferences
• perform light housekeeping
• provide medication reminders according to care plans
• offer companionship and emotional support
• monitor and report changes
• document care
• communicate with clients, families, supervisors, and caregivers
• maintain confidentiality and follow care plans.
