Integration Technician III

Job overview

The Integration Technician III role is an onsite field position based in Wanamingo, MN, with regular travel to job sites that may include overnight stays and travel up to 50% of the time. Compensation is $20–$30 per hour. InfraServices delivers telecommunications and recovery solutions. This senior-level technician leads and performs advanced installation, repair, modification, optimization, and acceptance testing of wireless and electrical equipment across complex network environments. The role supports reliable network deployment and operation by resolving technical issues, validating systems, maintaining safety and quality standards, and guiding less experienced team members.

What you'll do

• Lead complex cell-site deployments and advanced installation, commissioning, and integration of wireless and electrical equipment
• diagnose hardware, software, transport, and air-interface malfunctions
• load, customize, validate, and optimize customer software, scripts, and configurations
• troubleshoot cellular, transport, and performance issues
• perform call testing, alarm testing, and system validation
• install, configure, and verify cellular equipment
• model and enforce site safety protocols
• complete daily reports, quality checklists, and site photos
• maintain tools, equipment, vehicles, and job-site organization
• assist with training and mentoring team members
• travel regularly to job sites, potentially overnight.
