What you'll do
- Install, repair, troubleshoot, and maintain customer equipment
- diagnose mechanical, electrical, controls, and machine issues
- provide phone, email, remote, and onsite support
- tune and calibrate machines
- train customers on safe equipment operation
- document field visits
- support installations, trials, demonstrations, and product launches
- coordinate service calls and service activities
- maintain demonstration equipment and assist with spare-parts inventory
- travel domestically and internationally, including to Italy.
