What you'll do

• Oversee ticket operations strategy and execution for ticketed athletic events
• manage ticket operations and box office functions for athletic and non-athletic events at Baxter Arena
• pursue ticket sales revenue goals
• communicate with fans through calls, emails, and meetings
• execute group sales, new season ticket sales, and renewal campaigns
• oversee gameday staff, ticket system builds, and inventory
• report and track ticket revenue
• develop initiatives to drive athletics revenue
• build relationships with fans, donors, and department constituents.
