The attorney will advise on employee benefits issues in corporate mergers and acquisitions, including ERISA review of transaction agreements. The role also involves counseling plan sponsors on 401(k) requirements and negotiating and drafting executive employment agreements and incentive plans.

What you'll do

• Counsel employee benefit plan sponsors on ERISA and IRS requirements for 401(k) plans
• address employee benefits issues in mergers and acquisitions
• review M&A agreements for ERISA matters
• negotiate and draft executive employment agreements and incentive plans
• support ERISA compliance.
