What you'll do

• Empower volunteer coaches to lead practices focused on fundamentals, skill development, and fun
• teach and demonstrate core concepts and sportsmanship values
• supervise the designated sport’s overall game-day operation
• provide positive customer service
• build relationships with players, parents, and coaches
• observe, assess, and assist coaches.
