The Nurse Home Visitor — Hunterdon County (Part-Time) role provides in-person home visits to families in Hunterdon County, NJ; compensation is $41–$46 per hour. What you'll do

• Conduct postpartum home visits
• assess caregiver and newborn health and family strengths, risks, and needs
• document assessments
• complete required Family Connects International training
• maintain a caseload of 15 families per month with one to three visits per family
• provide guidance and referrals
• participate in case conferences and reviews
• collaborate with outreach staff
• attend community events
• assist with mentoring and shadow visits.

Why this role

A $2,500 signing bonus is offered. An associate’s degree in nursing, current New Jersey RN license, and BLS certification are required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred. Bilingual skills in Spanish, Haitian Creole, Arabic, Korean, or Portuguese are preferred.
