Part-Time Maintenance Technician

Job overview

The Part-Time Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Sterling, Colorado. Pay is $20–$25 per hour, DOE, for a 20-hour-per-week schedule. What you'll do

• Repair handrails, windows, flooring, walls, ceilings, beds, wheelchairs, geri-chairs, electrical equipment, sprinkler systems, generators, emergency lighting, fire alarms, and fire extinguishers
• change HVAC filters and stock supplies
• prioritize service requests
• inspect common areas and amenities
• perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing fixtures, sprinkler systems, smoke detectors, and fire extinguishers
• report hazards and supply needs
• follow safety procedures.
