The Hospitality Aide, Full-Time Days role is onsite at Chelsea Retirement Community in Chelsea, MI. Compensation is $15.92 per hour. The position supports residents at Kresge Nursing & Rehabilitation and works 6:30 AM–3:00 PM, 40 hours per week, with an every-other-weekend rotation. The role helps create a comfortable and supportive resident environment by assisting with transportation, companionship, room upkeep, and dining services. It supports the care team by maintaining supplies and equipment and communicating relevant updates while following safety and infection-control procedures.

What you'll do

• Transport residents to meals and activities
• provide one-on-one companionship
• respond to call lights within scope and communicate with the care team
• maintain resident rooms
• make beds, change linens, and remove trash and soiled items
• deliver and collect meal trays, refill water, and provide snacks or supplements
• clean equipment, restock supplies, and follow safety, sanitation, and infection-control protocols.
