What you'll do

• Cultivate a customer-focused team culture
• assist with selecting, developing, and retaining team members
• lead General Manager responsibilities during the GM’s absence
• deliver a safe, clean customer and employee experience
• resolve customer and employee concerns
• educate customers about wash products, packages, memberships, and promotions
• support daily operations, hourly scheduling, and task completion
• troubleshoot equipment with Facilities and IT
• uphold safety protocols and preventive maintenance
• use KPI tools to support membership revenue and retention
• assist with payroll tasks, including reviewing and approving employee hours.
