What you'll do

• Perform IVF laboratory procedures under established SOPs
• conduct oocyte identification and grading, sperm preparation and assessment, insemination and ICSI, embryo culture and assessment, biopsy as trained, vitrification and warming, and cryostorage management
• follow QA/QC and safety protocols
• participate in proficiency testing and competency assessments
• troubleshoot laboratory issues
• contribute to optimization and research initiatives
• maintain accurate electronic records.
