What you'll do

• Lead functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing
• coordinate QA across development teams, business stakeholders, and testing teams
• own test planning, execution tracking, defect management, risk identification, and status reporting
• support Agile sprint testing, release validation, SIT, and UAT
• investigate testing blockers
• validate Salesforce and nCino functionality, workflows, permissions, and security
• develop and maintain automated test suites and frameworks
• support API automation and database validation
• integrate tests with CI/CD
• use SQL and Python utilities for validation and reporting
• communicate progress, risks, and remediation recommendations.
