What you'll do

• Lead shift meetings and hourly operational reviews
• monitor flight progress and projected on-time completion
• identify staffing, supply, equipment, and workflow constraints
• coordinate and follow up on corrective actions
• escalate high-risk issues
• update operational tracking tools
• manage shift handoffs
• track recurring issues and contribute to root-cause discussions
• make off-hours operational decisions within established guidelines.
