What you'll do

• Assist with food ordering, storage, and preparation
• help cooks as directed
• prepare and label nourishments
• portion desserts, salads, and other non-entrée foods
• prepare produce and measure or weigh items for menu compliance
• follow production sheets
• clean equipment and work areas, sweep and mop floors, take out trash, and wash pots and pans.
