Picklr Team Lead — Sales, Hospitality and Club Operations

What you'll do

• Lead shifts and coach team members
• welcome members and guests
• handle opening and closing responsibilities
• conduct facility tours and support membership sales
• process transactions and respond to member questions
• support scheduling and registration for leagues, clinics, lessons, tournaments, and events
• assist with retail and pro shop merchandising and inventory
• maintain facility cleanliness, organization, and safety
• respond to member concerns.
