What you'll do

• Operate and monitor automated production equipment
• perform machine setups, adjustments, and changeovers
• conduct in-process quality checks
• identify production or equipment issues and escalate as needed
• follow safety procedures, including lockout/tagout and machine guarding
• maintain production and quality records
• support continuous improvement
• perform basic preventive maintenance and equipment cleaning
• collaborate with maintenance, quality, and production teams
• keep work areas clean and organized.
