What you'll do

• Manage daily work for field service technicians and collectors
• monitor service and collection routes, coverage, caseloads, and service-level agreements
• review performance reports
• ensure safety training and compliance
• support client relationships and customer inquiries
• manage parts, inventory, vehicles, and machines
• oversee fleet maintenance
• submit billable service work and reconcile parts invoices
• recruit, onboard, train, schedule, and manage team performance
• and monitor department budgets.
