Operations Supervisor – Receiving and Laser-Rework

The Operations Supervisor – Receiving and Laser-Rework role is onsite in Hughson, CA. Compensation is $80,000–$85,000 per year. The position oversees Receiving during harvest season and Laser/Rework operations during the rest of the year at Grower Direct Nut Company.

What you'll do

• Supervise daily operations, employees, and workflow
• set and monitor production goals
• identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions
• train and coach employees
• monitor equipment and coordinate with Maintenance
• maintain product identification, inventory accuracy, and traceability
• coordinate product flow with other departments
• ensure safe, clean, and compliant work areas
• communicate results and downtime
• support improvements to efficiency, productivity, yield, and equipment utilization.
