The Cleared Construction Recruiter role is remote within the United States, with Eastern Time preferred. Compensation is $25–$30 per hour. The recruiter manages full-cycle hiring for cleared construction, security, and project management roles supporting secure facility and overseas government construction projects. The role builds candidate pipelines, verifies clearance information, and coordinates with hiring managers to help staff programs with qualified candidates.

What you'll do

• Manage recruiting from intake through sourcing, screening, submittal, offer support, and onboarding handoff
• source candidates with active Secret, Top Secret, and TS/SCI clearances, including polygraphs
• recruit for CONUS secure facility and OCONUS projects
• verify clearance level, eligibility, investigation dates, and access through approved channels
• screen candidates for overseas deployment readiness
• maintain candidate pipelines and ATS records
• prepare resumes and submittal packages
• coordinate with hiring managers and project leads
• communicate with candidates throughout the process.
