What you'll do

• Answer incoming calls and schedule sales appointments
• make outbound calls to schedule appointments
• log customer comments
• schedule follow-up contacts
• confirm and reschedule appointments, including no-shows
• post appointments and notify relevant departments
• follow up with sales or service teams on appointment outcomes
• update customer information
• send follow-up letters, postcards, and emails
• respond to website requests and contact internet customers
• meet or exceed monthly performance goals.
